Hypermobility Pain

Joint Hypermobility is a genetic condition as which causes ligament laxity and as result causes the joints to be way more flexible than the typical joint range of motion. This extended range of motion can cause pain and weakness in the joints, as a result it is important to strengthen the area and to be seen by a physiotherapist and be given suitable advice for you as the condition varies in severity.

  • Prone to suffering from dislocations or ligaments sprains.
